3. How do you manage to have low rates while still retaining quality?
We use the best document distribution process model, based on state-of-the art technology for enhanced resource optimization and logistical support.

This advantage enables us to rapidly and automatically deploy our resources efficiently by assigning your document to the most qualified proofreader or editor for professional review at any given time and place on short notice.

5. Does a human proofread or edit my document, as opposed to machine-read?
Yes.

6. What will I get in my email after it has been proofread and returned to me?
Your deliverable will contain:

This draft is the polished version of your proofread/edited document, with the corrections already included for your convenience.

9. What is the benefit of a polished draft?
All the painstaking, corrective work is already done for you, in case you wish to submit your document with no further touch-up on your part (i.e. to a conference, an employer, your teacher, etc).
